Physical Therapy ReferralMotionWorks Physical Therapy accepts insurance from all major insurance providers! The list is so long, I’m not sure we could include every plan here, but we really do accept just about every insurance, from Medicare and Medicaid, to United Healthcare, to Blue Cross Blue Shield, Network Health Plan, WPS, and so many more. If yours is one of the rare insurance plans for which we are not an in-network provider, we will either work to become one, or we will work with you to create an affordable plan for you to be able to access our specialty manual therapy services that you won’t find anywhere else in town!

We can see you for your initial evaluation within 24 hours of calling! No waiting around in pain for weeks and weeks waiting to be seen. Your doctor cannot dictate where you go for physical therapy - you get to choose! You can go anywhere for your care!  Why not choose MotionWorks Physical Therapy, where you see the same licensed physical therapist for each and every visit that is experienced and specializes in sports medicine and manual therapy techniques for the spine - neck pain, back pain, sciatica, TMJ dysfunction, and tension headaches. Our patients will tell you that hands-on techniques really do make a difference in your pain right away! This speeds up rehab for sports injuries too, and helps treat the stubborn chronic ankle sprains, shoulder injuries, and total knees that just won’t regain their range of motion.

It’s easy to set up your first physical therapy appointment! Call us at 920-215-2050 and request an initial evaluation! You may need a physician, nurse practitioner, or chiropractor referral for most insurance plans to cover the cost of your care (some plans do not - call the number on the back of your insurance card to check). Then come on in, wearing comfortable clothing and bring along your medical history, list of medications and surgical history, insurance card, and you’re all set! We have convenient before and after work and lunchtime appointment times available.

What does a physical therapist treat? Just about every joint and every musculoskeletal problem you can think of, from ankle sprains to bunions, knee pain, hip pain, back pain, shoulder pain, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, rotator cuff partial and full tears before and after surgery, neck pain, tension headaches, TMJ dysfunction, balance problems associated with frequent falls, and post-surgical rehabilitation for orthopedic surgeries ranging from ACL tears to total joint replacements. We also treat arthritic joints, teaching you mobility exercises and strengthening exercises for the muscles around the joint to unload the area to help delay the need for total joint replacement surgery. We also specialize in the treatment of more complex neurological problems like sciatica, thoracic outlet syndrome, fibromyalgia, and chronic pain.

We also offer more than just physical therapy! We also provide runner’s evaluations, custom foot orthotics, strength and conditioning training, Sport Specific Athletic Performance Assessments (SSAPA), ergonomic analysis in the workplace, aquatic therapy, and athletic training services by request. We also have referring provider information and directions to our clinic online, informational articles, and helpful links on our website at www.motionworkspt.com.
